Created a set of Rake tasks to update the README automatically from the repo list; so that contributors can simply add a new entry to the repos.yml and run the updater. Now, the scripts are flaky, so not adding to master. Just maintaining as a separate branch till it gets mature enough. (The rate limiting of Github makes it tricky 😢 )
