Creating editor tool for selecting which area of pixels should be hidden from recorded video and captured screenshot when submitting bug report.

- Add blueprint callable functions to specifie areas to hide
- Add blueprint callable function to set what color is placed in hidden pixels
- When calling ReadPixels, change it to be run on GameThread
and fix deprecated code for UE 5.5 and 5.3
Prepare editor widget to show currently saved areas of screen to hide when recording
... prepare codebase to save, hidden areas defined in editor, to file and import it to the packaged build
- Save hidden areas selected in editor widget to binary file and store it in plugins directory
- Copy generated file to packaged build
- Add loading saved coords for areas hidden
