Add mobile tmuxinator configs

On second thought, we don't need a ti app pane as one only need to build the app once.

Okay I'll edit that. I also want to change the name of btm. Currently if you don't have a baton mux session running, but you have a btm session, and you want to start a baton mux session, running:

mux bt

will slap you inside of btm since bt is a prefix of it. Not cool
