- Currently covers Go build and Go tests.
- Runs on top of OpenFHE v1.3.1. The image is precompiled in GHCR: https://github.com/matiasinsaurralde/openfhe-buildbox/pkgs/container/openfhe-buildbox/461426879?tag=1.3.1
openfhe-buildbox makes the pipeline faster as it doesn't have to download and build OpenFHE. Signed-off-by: Matías Insaurralde <matias@insaurral.de>
