5 seconds after nginx start up MISP will update Taxonomies, WarningLists, NoticeLists, ObjectTemplates, Galaxies only if INIT environment variable is set
To work across MISP versions the application first needs to start up and a request needs to sent against nginx so MISP will update itself.
After that the cake commands can run successfully. Otherwise updating galaxies will fail. (I believe that has something to to with the db version.)
