Also modified CSS for 4 digit values to increase width

Ah, I forgot to mention, I updated the package-lock.json, but I don't know if that broke anything. I didn't actually check. Only copied the component into another project for testing |

Modified Countdown component to add ability to count up form the provided deadline if the
countUpprop is set totrue.The default is
falsewhich will cause the component to perform the normal countdown function as normal.Other changes include increasing widths in the CSS to avoid numbers extending out of the card.
