Improve MinipoolCard status management + display minipool address

Summary

This PR introduces a couple of improvements to the MinipoolCard component:

• Better validator status management: cleanup code and introduce a state "Ready to Close" for validators that successfully exited the beacon chain and received the staked deposit on the minipool contract

Update also includes proper status for newly created minipools:

• New toggle between Validator index and Minipool address with copy-to-clipboard button: allows to easily find the validator index or the minipool address on a single click. Includes a tooltip when hovering over the component.
