Upgrade Spring Boot to 4.0.1, Java to 25, and Spring Cloud AWS to 4.0.0-M1 across all 6 modules.

Version Changes:

Spring Boot: 3.5.9 → 4.0.1
Java: 17 → 25
Spring Cloud AWS (modules 5 & 6): 3.1.0 → 4.0.0-M1
