Initial release

The main page can be shown, still very incomplete. The user interface has to be extended
to define users, and corresponding github/ghes + gitlab users. But it shows already the
basic idea of how graphql + rest api from github can be used to retrieve data from github.
Redis is alread in place to provide a cache for speeding up.
