First, great work with having this library available.
The current version of the repository has too strict dependencies which do not allow installing other libraries like the latest version of boto3.
In this pull request I have loosen the dependencies so that it requires only a minimum version.
Let me know if that is enough in this case or you would want to put an upper bound.
