Fix frontend ESLint configuration #20

Fixed the frontend `eslint.config.js` to use the standard Flat Config format, ensuring that `node_modules`, `.vite`, and `dist` directories are correctly ignored. This resolves the issue where `npm run lint` was checking library files and failing with numerous errors. Verified that backend tests pass with `pytest`.

This change fixes the frontend ESLint configuration which was incorrectly set up, causing the lint check to fail by scanning
