Description
Attributes attached to the return value of a class method (e.g.
[<return: NotNull>]
) were instead being attached to the method itself. This did not happen for functions (let bind). I refactored the logic out ofTcNormalizedBinding
(used byTcLetBinding
and used that inAnalyzeAndMakeAndPublishRecursiveValue
