bumped the E2B SDK versions to v2.3.0

Note

Bumps E2B SDK to v2.3.0 across JS and Python, makes Sandbox constructor require envdVersion, and updates Python lockfile with new dependencies.

• JS SDK:
  • packages/js-sdk/src/sandbox.ts: Make envdVersion a required string in Sandbox constructor options.
• Dependencies:
  • Bump e2b to ^2.3.0 in packages/js-sdk/package.json and packages/python-sdk/pyproject.toml.
  • packages/python-sdk/poetry.lock: Update to e2b 2.3.0 and add new deps (dockerfile-parse, rich, plus transitive markdown-it-py, mdurl, pygments).
• Release metadata:
  • .changeset/forty-berries-relate.md: Mark minor releases for @e2b/desktop and @e2b/desktop-python noting build system 2.0.
