Admin Setup
Once you have installed the plugin, you will be prompted to enter some administrative information. If you skipped this step, you need to go back to the setting page, it can be found in the Administration block, and going to Site administration > Plugins > Activity Modules > WebEx Activity > WebEx Activity settings
Site URL
The url part before .webex.com for your site. So if your site url was "https://example.webex.com", you would enter "example" in this field.
Site ID Provided by you Cisco account representative.
WebEx Admin username and WebEx Admin password
The username and password for an admin account on your site. This should be an accounted dedicated for Moodle for security reasons.
Username Prefix
This string will be prefixed to all usernames created by this module.
Meeting Center and Training Center
- These are WebEx meeting types supported by this module at this time.
- For each type, you can select if it is "Available" (you have a license for it in WebEx, and you want to be able to use it from Moodle), and if you want it to be "Available to all users".
- Types that are "Available", but not "Available to all users" will only be selectable by people with the mod/webexactivity:allavailabletypes permission.
Meeting grade period
The number of minutes after the start time plus duration after which the meeting will be considered complete.
Recording trash time
Number of hours a recording will be held before being deleted permanently.
Manage all WebEx recordings
When checked, all recordings on your WebEx site will be included on the Manage Recordings page. Otherwise, only recordings associated with a meeting in this Moodle install will be included.
