This PR moves the technical specifications overview file from /specs/overview.md to /learn/specs/overview.md to align with the existing documentation structure and navigation configuration.

Changes Made

  • Moved file: /specs/overview.md/learn/specs/overview.md using git mv to preserve file history
  • Cleaned up: Removed empty /specs directory after the move
  • Preserved content: All file content and structure retained exactly (17 lines)

Context

The VitePress configuration already expected the overview file to be located at /learn/specs/overview (see line 212 in .vitepress/config.ts), and all other technical specification files are already organized under /learn/specs/. The overview file's content also references paths in /learn/specs/, confirming this is the intended location.

Validation

✅ Build continues to work without issues
✅ Navigation links now work correctly
✅ Sitemap properly includes the new path
✅ File history preserved through git mv
✅ No configuration changes required

The technical specifications section is now properly organized with all files in a single location under /learn/specs/.

This pull request was created as a result of the following prompt from Copilot chat.

Move the file located at /specs/overview.md to a new path /learn/specs/overview.md in the repository. Ensure that the file is moved while retaining its content and structure.
