Inherits a lot of the changes from #23 and also includes a few syntax fixes and version upgrades to make it work as of August 2025.

Main changelog:

  1. Opened TCP port 8888 as per the wiki docs "As of Patch 1.1.0.0, port number 8888 is required to be used for TCP."
  2. The API response from the Start Server Lambda function also prints the Public IPv4 address. Added this as a convenience in the absences of a static IP solution.
  3. I also encountered an issue where the install script was not being fetched or executed during setup of the EC2 instance. Apparently was being caused by improper string formatting in Line 139 of server-hosting/server-hosting-stack.ts
