Sorry, this is the Vert.x compatibility:
- RMB >= 35.3.2 requires Vert.x >= 4.5.23.
- RMB 35.3.0 and 35.3.1 require Vert.x <= 4.5.22.

Either
- use RMB 35.3.1 and keep Vert.x 4.5.7,
- or use RMB 35.3.1 and Vert.x 4.5.22,
- or wait until RMB 35.3.2 gets CSP approval and use RMB 35.3.2 and Vert.x 4.5.23.
