Those versions are unsupported for a while now, it simplifies the CI and the code evolution.

Based on a comment on #67, I drop support for PHP < 8.1.
This can be discussed since the code is still compatible with 7.3, however those old PHP versions are outdated for a while now…
Also this must be rebased after merging #66.
