Lego NXT Problems

So there have been a few problems with the Lego NXT boards since we started the project. We have noticed that for some of the Lego NXT bricks the sounds didn't work, and for other, the screen doesn't seem to work (it flickers on some bricks).

Fixing the Sound:

The sound seem to get fixed with updating the firmware of the brick.

Software crashes after start up

Description

1. screen shows its hangs-up on "loading XML".
2. Crashes soon after the program starts.

Solution

1. So far the solution seems to be uninstall flash, then re-install it. I will test this on at least 10 other computers before it is confirmed. It doesn't fix all the problems but it seems to stop the software from crashing.
