- document mixins or tokens that are deprecated. Controls height should be now determined by a fixed block-size. - Replace control mixins that involved "padding-block" with "block-size" mixins.

- Now is part of the initial DOM, it is not dynamically created anymore.
rename `--mer` to `--sacle`
