The hardcoded text 'Data Residency' and 'Enterprise Managed Users' should use variables instead. Check data/variables/enterprise.yml
for existing variables like {% data variables.enterprise.prodname_managed_user %}
for managed user accounts, or define new variables if they don't exist.
