Following on from DOC-536 which was to include Go client install & getting started information in the Docs site, this work is to remove the duplicate information from the Go client readme and include a link to the docs instead.
@yuce: I have added a link to the 'latest' docs (https://docs.hazelcast.com/hazelcast/latest/clients/go), however, this content is currently available in the '6.0 snapshot' and not the 'latest'. I didn't want to hard code in '6.0 snapshot' so please advise whether we should backport or not.
