Description
A new step has been added to the graduation to enforce contiguous cells at the boundaries.
This is done to avoid that a flux is computed with ghosts outside of the domain if the cell doesn't touch the boundary,

This PR was tested but the new code is not intended to generate the same mesh as the old one.
