There is not everything in it especially because it's a not a standard HTTP Code -> Documentation is missing or not accurate for everyone.

Before merging this, can you please improve the 427.md file to match the format of other files? I'm open to accept non standard status codes as long as links to "official" documentation about that status code are added in the footer.

This is the only link where I found something on this no-standard status code.
Nobody is talking about this status code because it doesn't exist at all 🤣
It's the french wikipedia for status code that mentions it but it doesn't give much more information.
I create by myself the description in the md file to give a concrete version of it.

I hope it's enough 🙏
