Looks good! 🤗 Left minor comments related to code formatting. I'll approve but merge only once baseten is added in staging on the Hub so we can try it end to end.

This PR adds Baseten as a new inference provider for conversational tasks.
Route: /v1/chat/completions (OpenAI Compatible)
Added Baseten recommended model to
_RECOMMENDED_MODELS_FOR_VCR.Following Cerebras implementation, no tests added to
tests/test_inference_providers.pybecause no methods overrides.
