solve #FIXEME where we needed to add IPython in requirements
We need to add “IPython” to requirements.txt because our tools import it in their forward methods, and the end‑to‑end tests (test_e2e_function_tool_save / test_e2e_ipython_function_tool_save) expect it to be listed alongside “smolagents”, otherwise the CI will fail. Including it makes sure anyone installing the tool has IPython available.
