Hello @denyeart
I've attempted to create a PR to migrate the CI from AZP to GHA.
However, since it was difficult to validate locally, additional modifications might be necessary after verifying its with a dummy PR.
Additionally, while I've retained the "Upload coverage to Codecov" step, setting up the secrets.CODECOV_UPLOAD_TOKEN will be required for its execution.
