AST does not have a reference to markup which created the node in AST
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Both v1 and v2 version of AST is changed to include a reference to the original markup. In array-based v1 AST, a string is added at last to the node. In ast-v2, a key "raw" is included
