Description

Fixing rust build issues after released new versions of mithril crates.

Description of Changes

  • Bumping cat-ci version in all Earthfiles to v3.5.17
  • Locking on the "=0.12.2" version of the mithril-client dependency of the cardano-chain-follower crate
  • Updating deny.toml file
