Create a lab on making the source/destination for the ALU and comparator operations registers instead of direct inputs/outputs

Additional Notes
This lab serves as catch up as I know many didn't finish last weeks. However, it may also be too easy as it is very similar to assignment 3, which is now due, so they may be able to move through the lab quickly. If they do, I will add more stuff ad hoc.
