Modify postgres configs to fit production recommendations / tuner recommends assuming an 8GB postgres instance

Might be good to update RAM limit to 8Gb instead of 6Gb in prod env file.

  • can we bump the hapi fhir package version as well ?

I think in prod we disabled the integrity check in HAPI fhir using a env var, so not sure If we are going to keep that ?

There is a new PR from Brad to create a postgres package that all package can use. Can we try migrate this changes there please.
