Added a call to super's initWithCoder method within PDTSimpleCalendarViewController's initWithCoder method.

Added a call to super's initWithCoder method within PDTSimpleCalendarViewController's initWithCoder method.
Without this fix a call within a subclass of PDTSimpleCalendarViewController to self.performSegueWithIdentifier(identifier: String, sender: AnyObject?) fails saying that no segue exists with the identifier.
