we do not need secondary IPs for our Vnet worker nodes as it will break some of the networking features cloudnets are working on (MNAT/LB coexistence) . For our new clusters we should skip adding of secondary IPs |

ACI worker nodes do not need secondary IPs
Secondary IPs on worker nodes will block some new work for MNAT/LB if not removed
