Redefine StrToInt trait in terms of a "digit accumulator" trait

This will make implementing #3 and #4 easier.

To do:

• Write a utility binary for autogenerating the test files #5, to make updating the tests easier
• Update the tests
• Try to come up with more ergonomic error types
• Document the new features
• Update the CHANGELOG
