Code Review
This pull request bumps the patch version of the application from 2 to 4. However, it misses a crucial step in the release process. The release_notes.md
file, which is supposed to be updated with every version change as per the project's own documentation, has not been modified. This should be addressed to maintain accurate release history.

The comment on line 38 explicitly states that release_notes.md
should be updated when version values are changed. This pull request modifies the patch version but does not include any changes to release_notes.md
. The process outlined in release_notes.md
itself also indicates that release notes should be handled as part of the version bump PR. Please update the release notes to reflect the changes included in this new version.
