on mobile especially, reading stack traces is hard when the text wraps
this pr adds a new [wrap:on] button, which toggles and stores the preference for text wrapping
on mobile, the button is shorted to just its value, like with other preferences, but im unsure if it should have a qualifier due to the values potentially not being unique (they are just "on" and "off", if more boolean settings are introduced, this could cause confusion)
this also fixes a bug with use Preference where a falsely value would be reset on reload
