Title: Support class-based logObject resolution in logging

Description:
This PR enhances the logging configuration by allowing logObject to be defined as a class reference (e.g., \App\Logging\ElasticsearchLogger::class). It ensures that class references are automatically resolved using app($logObject), while maintaining support for direct LoggerInterface instances and file-based logging (logPath & logLevel).
