These don't work, but add baseline tests.
Enable use of ExecutionEngine JITEventListeners in RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.
This allows existing MCJIT clients to more easily migrate to LLJIT / ORCv2.

Example usage in llvm/examples/OrcV2Examples/LLJITWithGDBRegistrationListener.

This reverts commit 98f2bb4.

Reverting while I investigate bot failures.
Add fallback definition for the IPFilter ioctl commands.
…uble-dash options

As announced here: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-April/131786.html

Grouped option syntax (POSIX Utility Conventions) does not play well with -long-option
A subsequent change will reject -long-option.

Now that D75203 has landed and baked for a few days, extend the basic approach to prefix padding as well. The patch itself is fairly straight forward.

For the moment, this patch adds the functional support and some basic testing there of, but defaults to not enabling prefix padding. I want to be able to phrase a separate patch which adds the target specific reasoning and test it cleanly. I haven't decided whether I want to common it with the nop logic or not.

Ideally we'd want all shebangs to be configurable, but that's not a
viable solution. Given that lldb-dotest is already configured, we might
as well make sure it uses the correct interpreter.

Fix the FreeBSD build. Thank you to Paulf for pointing this out.
Fixes member access into incomplete type 'lldb_private::Unwind'. Thank
you to Paulf for pointing this out.
Summary:
This is a simple fix for CodeGenPrepare that freezes branch condition when transforming select to branch.
If it is not frozen, instsimplify or the later pipeline can potentially exploit undefined behavior.

The diff shows optimized form becase D75859 and D76048 already made a few changes to CodeGenPrepare for optimizing freeze(cmp).

According to LangRef for unordered atomic memory transfer intrinsics
"The first three arguments are the same as they are in the @llvm.memcpy intrinsic, with the added constraint that
 len is required to be a positive integer multiple of the element_size. If len is not a positive integer multiple
 of element_size, then the behaviour of the intrinsic is undefined."

So the len is not multiple of element size is just an undefined behavior and verifier should not complain about that
as undefined behavior is allowed in LLVM IR.

This change removes the verifier check for this condition

Summary:
Explanation is in a comment in the diff, but essentially printing a
physical register name here is ambiguous. Until we can implement
printing a DWARF register name here just use the encoding directly.

Make sure that `process` is not None before calling is_alive. Otherwise
this might result in an AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no
attribute 'is_alive'.

Although lldb.process and friends could already be None in the past, for
example after leaving an interactive scripting session, the issue became
more prevalent after `fc1fd6bf9fcfac412b10b4193805ec5de0e8df57`.

I audited the other interface files for usages of target, process,
thread and frame, but this seems the only place where a global is used
from an SB class.
Summary: These dependencies are needed for testing on the buildbots until we migrate AORs into libc.

This reverts commit 65b2128.
Breaks sanitizer bots (https://reviews.llvm.org/D75712#1927668)
and causes https://crbug.com/1062021 (which may or may not
be a compiler bug, not clear yet).
Summary: The following change is to allow the machine outlining can be applied for Nth times, where N is specified by the compiler option. By default the value of N is 1. The motivation is that the repeated machine outlining can further reduce code size. Please refer to the presentation "Improving Swift Binary Size via Link Time Optimization" in LLVM Developers' Meeting in 2019.

LLVM has a documented mechanism for passing configuration information
to an out of tree project using cmake. See
https://llvm.org/docs/CMake.html#embedding-llvm-in-your-project.  This
patch adds similar support for MLIR.

Using this requires something like:

…Matrix Intrinsics

Summary:
This revision restructures the calling of vector transforms to make it more flexible to ask for lowering through LLVM matrix intrinsics.
This also makes sure we bail out in degenerate cases (i.e. 1) in which LLVM complains about not being able to scalarize.

… to match.

Summary:
This adds support in RewriterGen for calling into the new `PatternRewriter::notifyMatchFailure` hook. This lets derived pattern rewriters display this information to users, an example from DialectConversion is shown below:

```
Legalizing operation : 'std.and'(0x60e0000066a0) {
  * Fold {
  } -> FAILURE : unable to fold
  * Pattern : 'std.and -> (spv.BitwiseAnd)' {
    ** Failure : operand 0 of op 'std.and' failed to satisfy constraint: '8/16/32/64-bit integer or vector of 8/16/32/64-bit integer values of length 2/3/4'
  } -> FAILURE : pattern failed to match
  * Pattern : 'std.and -> (spv.LogicalAnd)' {
    ** Failure : operand 0 of op 'std.and' failed to satisfy constraint: 'bool or vector of bool values of length 2/3/4'
  } -> FAILURE : pattern failed to match
} -> FAILURE : no matched legalization pattern
```

If it is a*b-c*d, it could be also folded into fma(a, b, -c*d) or fma(-c, d, a*b).

Test the costs of selects for thumbv8m.base too.
