Code changes:

1. Fixes the mismatch between chat response and side panel values for customer assets by updating the SQL logic to fetch asset values for the exact or nearest prior date requested, rather than summing all previous dates. Also includes UI adjustments to ensure consistency between displayed values in the chat and side panel.
