This PR performs a weekly automated sync of permissions data, updating both provisioning information and permission definitions for Microsoft Graph API endpoints. The changes include making on-premises authentication policy permissions publicly visible, adding new TeamworkSection permissions, and reorganizing password change endpoint access.
- Removed Application scheme provisioning entries for OnPremAuthenticationPolicy permissions and changed their DelegatedWork scheme visibility from hidden to visible
- Added four new TeamworkSection permissions (Read, ReadWrite, Read.All, ReadWrite.All) to provisioningInfo.json
- Added full permission definitions for Policy.Read.OnPremAuthenticationPolicy and Policy.ReadWrite.OnPremAuthenticationPolicy, moved password change endpoints from Directory.AccessAsUser.All to User-PasswordProfile.ReadWrite.All, and added teamwork sections endpoints to Teamwork.Migrate.All
