Travis uses containers for the builds now. In order to use the container system sudo: false needs to be added to the travis.yml. I also added bundler caching. Looking at the build history, the builds were in the 1min 14sec - 2min 46sec range. Now I am seeing a 1min - 1min 9sec range.
