DONE

  • Configured a CTL environment available in experimental/ctl-env for compiling autogen code,
  • Configured a PlutusTx environment available in experimental/plutustx-env for compiling autogen code,
  • Added a draft version of the base library in experimenta/lbf-base,
  • Added comment syntax to Frontend (really needed it),
  • Fixed printing constructor exports in Codegen,
  • Added docs/compiler-api.md to the Book.
