Description

RobotState.state_info doesn't work. I think it just needs to be a readonly_property, but not static.

Steps to Reproduce

moveit = MoveItPy()
robot_state = RobotState(moveit.get_robot_model())
print(robot_state.state_info)

Expected behavior

Print the robot state

Actual behavior

I get a TypeError
