Open Points to either fix or accept:

luajit and uchardet: needed to set CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5
libplacebo: had to configure -Dshaderc=disabled
libplacebo: had to unused unreleased/untagged version
mpv: needed to use custom patch to build with ffmpeg 8


          feat: move to 25.08 base image
