Addresses feature request: #367

Adds limits.totalSize config option to limit the cumulative size of all uploaded files. When this limit is reached:

• The current file stream is truncated and marked with truncated = true
• A totalSizeLimit event is emitted on both the affected file stream and the busboy parser instance
