Resolves: #30305
System text lines have had their own set of style properties for a while, but they haven't been combined into a text style. This PR adds a new "System text line" text style. Since #30151 it is possible to apply text styles to text lines. If a user wants system text lines and text lines to follow the same style, this can be set on a line by line case in properties.
