I think, instead of adding another paragraph, we need to make this documentation more explicit. Currently, there are two distinct part that seem to be logically linked, but actually aren't.

To be more explicit, the two parts are above and below "The Versions app never uses more than 50%". I think we should explain in more details what those paragraphs are referring to. This first one is to limit the amount of versions depending on a given time window, and the second one is to prevent versions from taking more than 50% of the user's free space.

Adding headers would be a good start.

Then please add screenshots.

I don't think that is true, or if it is, then we need to be explicit on what are the deviations. Admins need to know what's happening with the files.
