The PDF version of the 2021 report contains alt-text, but we've had some difficulties exporting it with proper HTML headings tags, making it difficult to navigate via screen-reader. A Markdown version of the report which would be an accessible alternative.
The Markdown file is in the main directory and follows the naming convention of the other files. Please let me know if other directory or name would be better.
I've also uploaded the graphs used in the report. They are in the SVG image format. They are in the newly created 'report_images_2021', divided by report section, such as 'Community_Contribution_to_Open_Source' and 'Development_Features_and_Deprecation'.
