Updates for Spring 2025

Made the following changes for the Spring 2025 semester:

• Updated to use the latest rofrano/pipeline-selenium base image
• Updated development environment with latest packages
• Added the ability to take screenshots and uniquely name them for debugging
• Replaced the vscode-thunder-client extension with rest-api-client because thunder client is no longer free
• Removed poetry and added pipenv instead
• Added a CODECOV_TOKEN to the TDD GitHub Action
• Fixed a bad test case that was assuming Factory would generate unavailable Pet
