The Docker-in-Docker support for VSCode DevContainers does not work with Debian Trixie which the Python:3.11-slim container now uses. Therefore we are using the older summer
quay.io/rofrano/nyu-devops-base:su25image which still uses Debian Bookworm.Alternately we could have switched the base image to
python:3.11-slim-bookwormbut decided to use the previous base instead because Docker also causes problems with its pull limit thatquay.iodoesn't suffer from.
